Name: Rebecca Black Age: 22 Played-By: Maria Mena Appearance: In essence, Rebecca is the exact reflection of her sister. She is tall and very slender. Figure-wise she doesn't really have too much curve and has a relatively small bust. Some people might consider this the body of an athlete even though she hasn't played any kind of sport a day in her life. Her height and long legs probably contribute to this the most. And really, she isn't complaining. Like all the Quileutes, Becca's skin is tanned and her hair is dark and ruler straight.. She keeps her hair down and straight most of the time, but sometimes you'll see it curled. Her hair is long enough to reach her shoulders. Her facial features would be considered a bit fierce if Becca wasn't always smiling. Her eyes are the same shade as her sister's. Deep, deep brown. The combination of her nose, higher cheekbones and overall facial structure could seem hard, but with Becca it never seems that way because there's always a smile in her eyes and laughter falling from her lips. Becca is the girlier of the twins and tends to dress in more stylish, but still comfortable clothes. She doesn't have the budget for anything too expensive. Personality: Rebecca Black is the second oldest of the Black siblings and has had that motherly nurturing sort of personality ever since their mother passed away. She cares about her family a lot and even though she chose to go to Hawaii, she still thought about them every day. Becca is kind and a lot more gentle than her sister at times. She's a lot less 'in your face'. Even though she's like that, it doesn't keep her from being stubborn. It's a trait that all of the Black children seem to possess. She isn't stubborn to a fault, though, and knows when arguing about something or making a fuss about it is virtually pointless. Becca is an intelligent young woman, though some of her grades weren't as high as Rachel's. She has a good head on her shoulders and a good common sense. Problem solving is one of her fortes because she likes to think things through before doing them. It makes her more careful than impulsive in most situations. Though there are exceptions to every rule. Though she tries to be kind most of the time, if you say or do the right thing to set her off, it isn't extremely hard for her to get angry. The worst thing you could do is something bad towards her family. Then she'll really get pushed over the edge. This anger isn't frequent as she is good at keeping her temper in check.

Abilities: All those of a human woman her age that keeps in shape. Normal. History: The childhood of the Black kids was relatively normal. Becca and Rachel, the twins, were pretty much opposites though they looked the same. Becca was younger by about two minutes and she was always the follower, not the leader. When Jacob came along they had someone else to play with (or pick on). They were happy in their little family. It seemed perfect to Rebecca, but she was just a kid. Either way, if you asked her what the perfect way to grow up was, she would say that living in the Black household was the best way to grow up. She loved her sister and brother and both her parents. What more could a little girl ask for? But it seemed that the 'perfection' wasn't built to last. With the death of their mother came a whole storm of different things. All three of the Black siblings grieved in different ways. Rachel was outwardly angry. Becca handled her grief differently. Sure, she was angry. It was unfair that her mother had to be taken away from her. But she didn't express that rage through tantrums and the like. No, instead she buried herself in books. The stories let her be taken away. Away from the grief. Away from the pain. And away from the sadness. To others, she seemed quite withdrawn, even when around her own family. But everyone has their different ways of dealing with hurt. All of her reading of fiction created a kind of wanderlust in her. She wanted to see new places and experience new things. There was more of a world outside of La Push. Perhaps with a change in scenery would come some peace. It would take work to get there, but Becca was determined. She didn't want to be hurting forever. When the time came for her to go off to school, she found that she'd gotten accepted to the University of Hawaii. It seemed the perfect place in her mind. Promising to keep in touch, she traveled across the Pacific to her new home. Hawaii. Right away she started feeling better, though she couldn't help but miss home. As she settled into taking classes coinciding with her major of Creative Writing, and of course adjusting to the new climate, things started to balance out. Becca adjusted to things well. And of course her wish to be somewhere exotic was coming true.

Now, most young women can easily say that they fell in love when visiting an exotic place. Rebecca wasn't any different. It all happened on the beach. She met the 'man of her dreams' one day while she was out with some of her friends. It felt like love at first sight. They were both young and admittedly a bit impulsive, so it only made sense that he asked her out that day. They had dinner by the beach. One date turned to another and another. It was like pure bliss. While she was doing schoolwork she couldn't help but think of him. It didn't make her grades slip, but it was enough of a distraction in itself. What she really wasn't expecting was for him to pop the question. It was completely out of the blue, but Becca was on Cloud 9 and didn't look to be coming down anytime soon. She accepted, despite her friends' warnings, and she and her 'perfect man' were married. She continued with her education, passing her classes with flying colors. Being married so young hadn't deterred her any even if her husband did distract her from her studying some nights. Everything seemed perfect. Her classes were going well and she had even begun to delve into some courses in education to become a creative writing teacher someday. Just like before, though, perfection wasn't built to last. It had been a year and a half into their marriage and in her mind all was well. But that wasn't the case. After coming in after a day of classes and her shift at her part-time job, Becca walked in on her husband sleeping with another woman. Hurt and broken-hearted, she started yelling at the woman to get out. Her husband tried to apologize over and over, but she wouldn't hear it. She cried as she packed up her stuff as quickly as she could and left. A friend offered her a place to stay until she figured out just what to do. How could he hurt her like that? She'd loved him so much...but obviously that hadn't meant a thing to him. Becca wanted to at least finish her degree so she stayed in Hawaii until graduation, somehow managing to make it through a divorce at the same time. The money she'd gotten from her husband as well as the money she got from selling every piece of jewelry he'd ever given her was more than enough for a plane ticket. Her destination? La Push. She knows nothing about werewolves, vampires or shapeshifters. Boy, will she be in for a rude awakening... Family: Rachel Black - twin sister Jacob Black - younger brother Billy Black - father Sarah Black - mother (deceased) Hobbies/Interests: reading, writing, watching movies
